We recently had a professional photographer come out to capture a full 3D walkthrough of one of our past basement projects — and it’s awesome being able to showcase the finished space in a whole new way.

A 3D walkthrough lets you virtually step inside the project and see the layout, finishes, and details from every angle.

We’re excited to start using this to give future clients a better look at the quality of our work and some inspiration for what’s possible in their own basement.

Mudding is complete on another basement and we’re moving right into paint.

Another basement moving right along!

Mudding and taping is officially underway, and this is always the stage where the space really starts to come together. The framing and drywall are behind us, and now we’re working toward smooth walls and a clean finish before paint.

A lot of the finished look comes down to the details you don’t notice when they’re done right — clean seams, corners, and prep work.

We were originally called out to provide an electrical estimate, but during our walkthrough we noticed several issues with the existing soffit framing. After explaining our concerns to the homeowners, they asked us to tear it out and rebuild it the right way.

What started as an electrical quote has now turned into a full basement finishing project.

These before-and-after photos show the difference that quality framing makes. At Elevate Builders, we believe what’s behind the drywall is just as important as the finished product.

Framing and drywall are officially wrapped up, and we’re moving into finish mudding and painting. From here, it’s all about bringing the details together.

In just two more weeks, this basement will be finished and ready to enjoy!

Another deck brought back to life!

At Elevate Builders, we don’t believe in covering up problems—we fix them the right way. Our goal is to build projects that are not only beautiful but also safe, structurally sound, and made to last.

Here’s what we completed:
✔️ Installed new Trex composite decking
✔️ Repaired damaged framing and reinforced the structure
✔️ Leveled the deck and added proper support around the pool
✔️ Installed hidden fasteners for a clean, screw-free finish
✔️ Upgraded a compromised pool electrical feed with new conduit, wiring, a disconnect, and convenient outlets
