A few things worth knowing:
-You don't need 20% down. We have programs starting at 3% and yes, 0% down options exist for both first-time AND repeat buyers.

-Your credit score matters, but it's not the whole story. Overlays exist for lower scores, and other factors play a role too.

One of the biggest myths in home buying is that FHA loans are the first-time buyer loan — they’re not. FHA was designed for credit-challenged buyers who need a low down payment option. If your credit is in decent shape, there’s a good chance conventional financing will actually save you money.

Here’s what most people don’t know:
