-Major clean up (customers didn’t know that they had stepping stones to the front porch)

Swimming pool
-removed all concrete and debris
-back filled approx 8 ft deep pool area
-graded area and finished with power rake
-installed 6 pallets of Bermuda sod
-spread straw and ryegrass on remaining bare areas
