We transformed this dated bathroom by replacing the basic fiberglass shower insert with a beautiful custom-tiled walk-in shower, complete with modern glass doors and sleek fixtures. The outdated vanity was swapped for a fresh, shaker-style unit topped with marble, paired with updated lighting and mirror for a brighter, more elegant feel. This remodel brought a clean, contemporary look to a small space—proof that even compact bathrooms can have big style!

This Lakeview home underwent a complete transformation, starting with much-needed repairs to its weathered exterior. The siding was replaced, the roof was updated, and a fresh coat of paint revived the home’s curb appeal. Inside, every room was gutted and reimagined—from outdated wiring and plumbing to new flooring, drywall, and fixtures. The kitchen was modernized with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances, while the bathrooms were completely redone with sleek, contemporary finishes. The result is a beautifully renovated home that blends modern comfort with the charm of its scenic lakeside location.

It’s been a minute…2024 is almost gone and we’ve been busy with projects ranging from rehabs, new builds, and additions. Here’s a little bathroom renovation we completed. We added a large custom shower where a whirlpool tub used to be, added custom shelving where the once small shower was located, added some LVT and new vanity.

Our recent project from a returning client focused on transforming a lakefront property by adding a timber-framed roof to the rear deck, providing shade and an inviting spot to appreciate the scenic views of Norris Lake. We also built a timber-framed front porch, adding depth and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the property from the street.

In 2023, we had a productive year and completed several projects. One of our favorites was this stunning modern lodge nestled on the bank of Norris Lake. We initially demolished an existing house on the property due to its poor state but were thrilled with how this cutting-edge lodged turned out in its place.
