Potential adaptive reuse options include a community center, arts and cultural space, boutique event venue, coworking hub, flea market-style venue, fitness studio, or artist live/work lofts.

TinyJXN and The Kelly Factory

In 2016, Akili and Ashlee Kelly pitched tiny homes and won Startup Weekend Jackson 2016. A month later, TinyJXN was formed. It’s mission is to develop Jackson’s first tiny homes and tiny home communities. To ensure Akili and Ashlee use all of their experience and education, they formed the Kelly Factory a year later. The Kelly Factory provides architecture, planning, and development. This page contains project status, favorite designs, and the latest articles on tiny homes, architecture, and urban and regional planning.
