If the only road to your house is THIS 10-ton limit bridge and the other way in has a bridge that's out, for the love of God, please let us know when you call to make an appointment so we can politely decline. As much as I love servicing our customers, I can't cross a bridge that's only rated to carry a small delivery truck.

Shocked and saddened today after finding out that another local pumping company (who we THOUGHT knew better and was above such shoddy work) told one of their customers that they only needed one side of their tank pumped and that the waste from the other side floated over and was removed. They lied. They lied as do many of our competitors about thoroughly pumping out a septic tank. It is illegal and immoral to do this.
These are the bottom-feeder, low-baller companies we are up against when quoting prices to our valued customers. And they are often fooled!
Now their customer is OUR customer. For life.
And no, the waste didn't "float over". It was still there and was never removed in the first place. I really despise the liars in this business and their shoddy workmanship. Do it right or quit the industry.
