Your Economic Crimes Unit detectives are searching for more victims of this man, Johan Portilla-Guzman. He was arrested over the weekend, facing charges of Organized Fraud. Portilla-Guzman owns Pro-Remodeling; he would pose as a licensed contractor to homeowners. However, instead of completing the work, Portilla-Guzman scammed his customers out of tens of thousands of dollars.
