This one was pretty extensive. Renovated this building for the homeowner so that he could use it for his office. Replaced the floor, fixed the framing, added 6 windows, insulated, hung and finished the Sheetrock.

This one is finally done. We didn’t do everything in this renovation tho. We did the floor joists and subfloor, new framing on the back wall, window and door install, overlayed and refinished the ceiling, installed the cabinets, plumbing (including faucet, garbage disposal and pot filler), base and crown and new deck on the back of the house. Turned out great!
