Now is the time to start thinking about fall landscaping!

Many birds migrate south for winter and we can attract them to our gardens by providing food and shelter. A great way to do so is by planting native berry producing shrubs or trees.

One of our favorites is beautyberry, which has gorgeous, long lasting berries that the birds love (and can even be made into delicious jams for us human folk). They’re also used as mosquito repellent and us Floridians know how needed that can be!
