Its the last work day of May! Its time to reflect... there were some lessons learned. I was tested as a business owner, a father, a husband, a friend, a follower of Christ. To say this month was hard would be an understatement; physically, emotionally, mentally this was the hardest month I've had, the work volume was high the needs of others were high and I put the needs of myself on the shelf. But here is the lessons I learned. #1 be fully present in what you are doing at the time and the rest can wait, if it time to work, family time, or time for bed, just focus on that. #2 the juice isn't always worth the squeeze, evaluate the effort your putting into something and measure the cost vs the benefit. And #3 we might need to stop advertising.... finishing off the month at 225 washes that's 42 ahead of May 29th last year and I'm still far behind with dozens of quotes coming in every week. Bring on June!
