We are excited to announce the changes regarding Best Heating & Cooling.
After 27 years we’ve decided it’s time to slow down a bit. We have enjoyed our years of servicing Lenawee county, meeting all of our loyal and wonderful customers. And we would never leave you in a bind, we’ll still be here when you need us just not as Best Heating. Bob will be what we call semi retired. He will continue to finish the work he has started, and will also continue to do installation of furnaces and air conditioners. . He will just no longer be doing 24\7 service calls. However ….. like I said we’d never ever leave you in a bind ~ Joe will be taking on the service portion (I mean he’s already been doing that forever) and you’ll need to contact him directly for service.
We will continue to have our same contact number for awhile, but suggest that if you need service to call Joe at 517-403-3391, or if you need parts, filters or the installation of a new furnace or air conditioner call Bob at 517-673-1155.

I say it every year and I’ll say it again this year. We are so very grateful for our customers. We have the “best” customers ever! Thank you all for continuing to support our business. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving and may you all enjoy the day however you like celebrate the day.

I’ll scream it from the rooftops every day, all day. We have the most amazing customers. This strawberry jam was gifted to us by a customer. And it is amazing!!

Bob, Deb, Joe, Bailey and Oliver would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
We’d also like to let you know that the office will be closed until Wednesday, Dec 27th. However we are never far from the phones and will be available if you should find yourself without heat in your home. If that should happen, please give us a call.

I know each year I make a post about grateful we are for all of our customers. I also add in that we have the “BEST” customers ever! So let me just take a moment to say it’s still true this year.
And just to let you all know how wonderful, great and amazing our customers truly are - our phone rang a little bit ago and Bob was already out on one service call so I figured “what’s one more”. This customer didn’t want anything more than to tell me how grateful he is for us and his mom’s new furnace we installed. He was on his way to the hospital to visit his mother and thinking how great it is that she can come home to a nice warm house. He said that it might sound corny, but he made the call anyhow. I’m so glad that he did! He made my day!
Again I will just say thank you to each and everyone one of our customers. We are thankful for you all!
