The guys knocked out some home maintenance to-do's for one of our repeat customers as well this week, power washing the deck, concrete patio, pool deck, and sidewalk and a couple coats of deco shine sealer to make it all look great! They also cut out the old caulk around all the windows and doors and re-applied new as the old was cracking and pulling away, allowing water and critters access.

A little closer to wrapping this one up! We sourced a solid walnut slab for the mantle, scraped the bark and squared up the ends and back. We also have the drywall finished and textured, ready to paint tomorrow, and added some sheathing and lighting to the old well house.

Drop ceiling tiles all replaced, with new lights now on a 3 way dimmable circuit. We also replaced the P-trap and drain setup on the air handler, and got all the plumbing roughed in as well as added a hose spigot. A final check of the plumbing in the morning, then to install the shower walls and start making things all pretty again!

Bathroom demo done, mantle removed, and drop ceiling tiles all taken out. New shower pan installed, wiring started for new lights with the drop ceiling, and a few lights lights put in. Back at it tomorrow to keep things moving along!
