Check out these very old doors were re-fitting, along with the awesome casings! These were originally removed from a hotel in St. Louis, and have spent decades since in storage. They're very heavy, solid old growth wood and 1 3/4" thick.

Working on one of what I feel is a truly rewarding project, helping restore one of the buildings on East Capital here in Jefferson City! This 2 story building is being renovated into a air bnb, but the owners want to keep the building as historically correct as we can, which is certainly sometimes a challenge! This building was built in the late 1800's, and just missed the tornado in 2019 by a block! The original weighted windows are being refurbished as well and made usable once again. Big, ornate trim, as well as dealing with slat and plaster walls 🙃

A huge upgrade for this customer! We removed 7 of the original single pane windows on this manufactured home and installed Pella 250 vinyl double hung windows. We also completed them with new casing and trim inside to really add both function and style upgrades.
