Hey everyone, if you have been following along to the job we were doing in downtown Jensen Beach take a look at the final product.

Please note there are still some final touch ups and small missing items that need to be done like outlet covers. Homeowners are painting themselves and will be completed after.

Ever year Franco construction participates in the Treasure Coast walk Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
Over the past couple years under the Team Name Building Hope For a Cure.

This year we are honored to also be a sponsor and to be runnung the Hope Lodge table.

Stop by the table October 24th at Veterans Memorial Park, in Stuart to come see us and fill out a note of Hope for the ACS Hope Lodge.

These notes of hope are used to send to people staying in the Hope Lodge that are facing cancer and to give them a little encouragement and hope along the way.

Full Kitchen reno completed on Hutchinson Island
New Vinyl flooring throughout the condo.

Opened up the kitchen wall to make the pass through bigger. Removed the soffit and added can lights.
New cabinets and counter tops.

And in both bathrooms new vanities and counter tops.

Progress on the down town Jensen home remodel.

The last couple weeks we got Rough Electric completed by The Electrical Experts

Ceiling and wall insulation by Gale Insulation,

inspections,& We put up the drywall and started taping and finishing today.
