We got another chance to bring another home owners back yard transformation to life!!!! After completely redoing there back deck in the spring. These home owners wanted to continue bringing their dreams to life!!!! With two paver patios using the EP Henry pavers in “Tucson” while also using the ligonier accent pavers in “mocha” as both a border and edging for there new flower bed. We prepped, primed, and painted there sunroom using “Musket Brown” Val-spar direct to metal paint. Then finished this project off with a 10ft section of privacy fence so they can enjoy their patio space in private. The flower bed was backfilled with white marble gravel, then topsoil/straw/seed in front of the pavers for grass to grow back. After revamping the front of their home these home owners wanted to make a hang out space in their backyard. So we dug out a 20x11 pad then a 14x4.5 sidewalk for w**d fabric, 2b gravel, and dust to be installed/compacted to grade. We also dug out a area for a retaining wall to be installed at the end of the pad. We used matching blocks/caps as the front in the Oberfield versa lok block/caps in “Flagstone”. Then for the patio and sidewalk we used matching pavers in the Oberfield pavers in “Flagstone”. We installed a small wall as well on the patio for seating/areas for plants to be placed as well. Then lastly we backfilled all areas needed with topsoil/straw/seed for grass to grow back. Are you looking to bring your dream project to life? This home owner wanted to revamp the front of their home. First with the front sidewalk making it wider and then replacing their old failing retaining wall. We tore out and hauled away all debris digging both areas down for a 2b gravel base. Then a layer of compacted dust to set all pavers and block on. We used the Oberfield pavers in “Flagstone” for the paver patio, then used matching Oberfield versa lok block in “Flagstone”. We installed preforated pipe for drainage, then backfilled the retaining wall with 2b gravel while also installing geo-grid between courses. For behind the retaining wall we went with w**d fabric and Scott’s black mulch with w**d prevention. Then to finish off the front of this home we backfilled all areas with topsoil, straw, and seed for grass to grow back. These amazing home owners had us back to their home to continue bringing their dream projects to life. We got to power wash and seal a paver patio we did a few months back. Installed brand new soffit and fascia above the patio with can lighting, so they can enjoy their patio at night. We also tore off all the old siding on the main home, installed 2x4s around the windows and main door on the home. We then installed black aluminum around all windows/main door, as well as installed white double Dutch lap siding on the home. We installed brand new white soffit and fascia around the home on all areas it was missing. Then we power washed/scrubbed this home from the gutters to the foundation to bring this house back to life!!! Are you looking to change the exterior of your home, possibly make the neighbors jealous? This home owner wanted to bring this old home back to life, and that’s just what we did. We installed all new vinyl Dutch lap siding in the “Victorian Gray” with white trim accessories to make this home pop. We wrapped the old wood work on this home with white aluminum and bent new flashing for where the first story roof meets the second story of the home. These home owners wanted to bring their yard to life for future entertainment and many family gatherings to come. We removed the existing lean too, all the existing concrete, then dug this area down for 2B/Dust to be installed. Dug four footers for sona tubes to be poured for the footers for a timber framed pavilion. We installed commercial grade w**d fabric over the area, then compacted all layers of gravel every 2inches. Then we installed Oberfield ozark Supra pavers in “Flagstone” with a border using the Ligonier pavers in “Anthracite”. We took versa lock block in “Grandview Allegheny” and 3in caps in “Midnight” to create and upper landing. Then used the Oberfield Ozark pavers in “Flagstone” to create a pad for the home owners to walk into there home. We compacted the pavers and dusted the patio with black polymeric sand repeating this process twice. Lastly we backfilled the edges of this pad with topsoil/straw/seed for grass to grow, and gravel with a drain where it meets the driveway. Check out one of our most recent projects, this home owner was wanting a better way to get to there driveway. So we installed a beautiful paver sidewalk using the Emerson XL pavers in “Willow” with a decorative border using the Oberfield Plymouth pavers in “Charcoal”. All phases of construction on this project were compacted using a plate compactor. Then paver edging was installed around the edges using stakes to stake it down. With gray polymeric sand broomed and compacted between the pavers binding this sidewalk all together. Lastly we backfilled edges with topsoil, straw, and seed for grass to grow back. A few projects we tackled this week, stay tuned for our next two upcoming paver projects. One is a sidewalk with an apron to the driveway, and the other is a 1200sq ft patio with a landing for front door entry. Both paver projects will have a border using different sized/colored pavers to make them POP!! This home owner wanted a larger set of steps to be able to access her home. So we tore these old steps off, framed the deck back with all new posts, new wood decking, then white vinyl handrails to finish them off. The second project the home owner couldn’t take twisting her ankle while getting in/out of her vehicle. So we removed all old concrete and dug the floor down 6inches. We compacted the area before gravel, then we also compacted the area after backfilling with 2inches 2B gravel. Then poured the floor with 4inches 4000psi-fiber reinforced concrete with a beautiful power trowel finish.

We took this home owners old porch, and brought it back to life with this backyard transformation. We installed picture frame boarder and fascia board in the timbertech legacy collection in “Mocha” then used the timbertech legacy collection in “tiger wood” for the decking. We used brown lattice to finish the underneath of the porch off. We used the white fluded post wraps then the white Tuscany handrails then finished them off with the white post collars. Wrapped the beam with musket brown aluminum to match the new soffit we installed underneath the porch roof. We then installed can lighting for these home owners to enjoy their back porch at night. Lastly we installed a small paver landing to step onto after/before walking on the deck.

Check out this bathroom transformation, from complete gut out, to bringing this home owners dreams true!! We tore out the old bathroom down to the studs, then installed all new purple board and cement board for the tile accent wall. We installed the schluter kerdi membrane on the floor and accent wall completly drying in the bathroom for tile installation. We installed mosaic tile on the ground with black grout and subway tile on the wall with white grout. We then primed and painted the bathroom, installing can lights and a fan for ventilation as well. Lastly we finished off the bathroom with white vinyl trim bringing this bathroom too life!!
