Little stone refresh the guys did today also trimmed a tree but I don't have pics of it but came out very nice. The guys are playing a bit of catch up this week due to the rain last week.

Stay warm yall!

I was asked today by another contractor.

You show up to clean a customers gutters that you previously quoted. $250.00 to do. You set up and climb up the ladder on all sides to find that the gutters are already 95% clean with only minimal debris blocking the down spout. Do you still charge the full price or do you lower it?

My response is. I'd lower the price and gain a customer for the future rather than charging the original price.

Thats how honesty in business is done.
