Is your HVAC System having a hard time keeping up? Are you experiencing higher electric bills than usual? These can all be symptoms of a plugged condenser. If your condenser is stopped up with dirt like this, it can't allow air to be pulled through it effectively. It's the small things that can cause the biggest problems! The Contactor on this 20 Ton Commercial Package Unit developed a short and it was causing the fuse to trip. This could have been a costly repair had the customer not reached out when they did and allowed this to be an ongoing issue. There's no better way to go through the summer than with the addition of another HVAC system to help ease the heat load of a home.
This house had an existing 5 Ton HVAC system on a two story house. We added a 1.5 Ton system to the upstairs portion. With this one addition we cut the amount of energy required to cool the downstairs portion of the house by almost half!

🔥Talk about some heat!🔥
A few lizards got behind the breakers in this exterior panel and melted the BussBar making this panel inoperable. We discovered this and swiftly replaced the entire panel to ensure we could resupply power to our customers!
Something like this could have been catastrophic!
