Wrapping up two customs this week! Battled a wet cold winter on these but we are finally finishing up and they both turned out great. We have two more openings now for custom builds. We make the process as simple as possible by purchasing the lot, if you do not already own one, and financing the construction loan. All you have to do is get prequalified for the mortgage. We can build or modify a plan you have or like, or we can do complete custom design for you.
We also have a Jhap qualified lot in a nice area ready to start construction for anyone looking at the Jhap program.
