From covered window opening to finished siding in one day! 🔨

Removed the old window, repaired the framing, installed new sheathing and weather barrier, then finished it off with vinyl siding.

It’s always satisfying seeing a project go from exposed framing to looking like it was never there.

Not every repair is glamorous, but they’re some of the most important!

I repaired damaged roof rafters by sistering new lumber to reinforce the existing framing and patched damaged roof decking in this attic. The homeowner can now rest easy knowing the roof structure is much stronger than before.

Another project wrapped up!

What started as a fascia repair turned into discovering significant hidden water damage along the roof edge. After peeling back the roofing, removing the rotten decking, and rebuilding the damaged section, this roof edge is solid again and ready for many more years of service.

Sometimes the biggest problems are the ones you can’t see until the project is opened up. Glad we were able to catch this one before it turned into a much larger repair.
