A Week & A Half Ago The Whole Issue On This Project Was Water, Due To Existing Grade Of The Driveway & Yard Slopping Towards The House. It Was Such An Issue When It Rained Hard It Would Come In The Garage & Some Of The Brick Had Rotted Away On The House Also. Then When We Started Excavating Saturated Soil, Some Of the Brick Was Almost Soft From All The Water & Moisture Being Held In The Ground. But 36L.F. Of Sidewalk 6’ Wide, 25L.F. Of Garage Apron 6’ Wide w/ A 10’ Long x 1’ Wide x 6” Deep Trench Drain With 120’ of 4” Pipe Coming Out Of it To Direct Water Down Over The Hill, & A Step. As Well As A 30’ Of Curb 4” x 4” w/ 2 Rows Of Water-Stop At The Vertical & Horizontal Control, That Was Never Intended To Be Put In Was. It Was To Give Everyone Peace Of Mind, That There Is No Way Water Could Get Between The House & Slab To Possibly Create More Damage. We Walked Away From This One With Another Happy Owner.
