Mariano Fortuny arrived in Venice in the early 1900s with one obsession: light. He studied it, experimented with it, transformed it — until a room could feel like a painting.

The Scheherazade was born from that obsession. Named after the legendary storyteller of One Thousand and One Nights, this lamp is crafted entirely by hand in Venice — in silk, in light, in shadow. Just as Fortuny imagined it, over a century ago.

We chose it for our showroom because we believe great interiors deserve objects with a story.
