We’re back at the Crooked Lake Parade of Homes project to build the roadside design which includes a permeable paver garage apron, Unilock SienaStone Smooth walls along each side of the property, a custom cedar fence, more lighting, a Unilock paver slab pathway from the driveway to the front door, landscaping, and sod.

The house will be featured in the August Parade of Homes.

⚒️ Current project: replacing some old natural stone steps at the front entrance of this house in the Angling/Oakland area of Kalamazoo.

We are installing large, 6’ wide, 1300 pound precast concrete steps to replace the old sandstone steps while preserving the boulder walls and landscape.

We’re also installing double herringbone Unilock Mattoni paver walkways in between each set. We’ll cut the curves and install a double border accent in two other Mattoni colors next week along with some low voltage lighting to light it all up.
