Tim Birk mountain State leasing KalispellSo I started doing some work for him been out of work dealing with some personal things the last few years and fell behind on my property taxes so I start this job and get a couple other jobs going with him and when I'm not doing the concrete I was helping him do some logging and other work I said pay me to do the concrete as a contractor help me get me a licenses and insurance going and get my taxes paid it started out as a good deal the day before the poor he decides that he's going to cancel this job he took my materials my labor me tearing out all the concrete that you see three and a half 12-yard dump trucks full a busted out concrete that I removed personally myself then I develop grades did the subgrading well on Tuesday he was supposed to have rebar on the job rebar never showed up new concrete was to be poured Wednesday morning Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. concrete doesn't show up but me and two other men did just in case tried calling him he didn't answer his phone he wasn't at his house wasn't at his office and I called and text his phone for over a week before he finally had my local sheriff's department call and tell me that I was harassing him and I am not to go by his office the shop these job sites were my materials are held up on concrete stakes and forms set up ready to pour that he's canceled the concrete on.
Now he owes me at least 10 grand if he wants to pay me $35 an hour for 40 hours for 6 weeks for all the things that I've done and other jobs or does he want to pay me according to the jobs that I've done at a set scale that's fine by me too if he wants to pay me square footage which was the original deal and when I started to tear out he said don't worry about the cost so on the tear out he owes me $8 a square foot for like 2,300 square feet I'm pi**ed my property was looking at going into foreclosure the 30th of this month through the county that I own out right I fell in a slump and fell behind on some property taxes let it go a little bit too long and was setting in my own p**s pot crying and p**sing on myself but I went to this guy two and a half months before I needed the money and made it a deal with him and then he receive an eggs at the last minute and was stacking and holding on my pay so I had in one lump sum so I could pay my taxes that we're doing for taxes are paid but the money that he owes me has not been and then to top it off have somebody else come in use my forms my materials on the job that I started and then paid them square footage to come in and finish it he needs his ass kicked I do it but the f***** would call the cops and I go to jail punk mother f*****
