Pictured below, this project started with a consultation: we discussed the client's unique needs for her home (wheelchair accessibility, a smaller primary bedroom, a large primary walk-in-closet, angled connection to the garage, etc) and the frustrations she was experiencing with her current design. We were able to create a floor plan and 3D exterior massing that perfectly addressed her family's needs. Our no-commitment design package gave her a copyright release to take her unique floor plan to a local drafter to complete the full drawings. She was able to receive the best of both worlds: a beautiful architect-designed layout created just for her family and the affordable price of drafter-created permit drawings.
