We're finishing up another project just in time for spring and summer entertaining!

This homeowner experienced water damage in their basement due to heavy rains requiring the entire basement to be refinished.

With a fresh canvas, the homeowner imagined an entertainment space with a bar and seating area. With consultation they decided to add a second fully-functional kitchen space for more functionality. Foundational plumbing work was necessary to prepare for the kitchen space.

This condo in Miami went from dated to elevated in 2 weeks. We reduced the large living area to create a second bedroom, updated the kitchen and bath, and added a stone fireplace to create a cozy living space.
