One of the things I like to do is that, when I am finally done rehabbing a house, I love to bring in the previous homeowners to see the final result.

However, in this case, the parents who lived in the house were both gone. But I was able to connect with the children; their children's children came as well. Yes, 3 generations were in the house! It was such a joy to see the reactions in their faces-lots of laughters and a little bit of teary eyes reminiscing the past. It felt like I was part of their family! Yes, I had a blast explaining what I had done with their house especially the ups and downs! It was such a blessing to see their happy faces! It was priceless!!! They even brought me a "thank you" card and a treat! Yummy!!! 🍬🍬🍬

Thank you so much everyone for all the love and support! Stories like this, keeps me going and I will always treasure! I am forever grateful! A big thank you to all of you!!! 💝🎉💝🎉💝

This awesome house with gorgeous lake views and a private dock will go live soon. Landscaping done! ✅ Just waiting for the new roof to be installed! With all the rain here lately, couldn't do it but in the next five days we're going to have sunny weather finally. Thank God! Woohoo! - feeling anxious!!!

Shutters...✅...front entry steps...✅ Just a few more little things to do such as doing touch up painting, landscaping and staging, then, we should be done! Yes, I can see the final result already! I'm so excited! Lol

Another small progress accomplished today! The sliding shower door was installed! Yayyy, I couldn't be more any happier! I'm getting closer to the finish line! How does it look so far? 😊
