Thanks to Mendoza Development Group for bringing us in.

The Ingle residence in the beautiful Woodcreek area of Katy is finally complete! We had a few delays waiting on the special order sod, but the final result was well worth the wait.

This project included:
• Yard leveling
• New sod installation
• Sprinkler head replacements and adjustments
• Tying several gutters into the existing French drain system
• Installing black star gravel and stone around the pool equipment area
• Updating a section of fencing

Thank you again to the Ingle family for trusting us with your home and outdoor space. We truly appreciate the opportunity to bring everything together for you guys.

Today we’re out in the Wood Creek area getting this yard ready for a full transformation! 🌱

Today’s work consists of removing all the old sod and applying a w**d killer treatment to help prepare the area the right way. Tomorrow we will be bringing in fresh topsoil and prepping the grounds for the new lawn installation.

We have ordered ProVista St. Augustine grass, and it should be arriving by Saturday! Looking forward to bringing this yard back to life and giving these customers a fresh new outdoor space to enjoy.

An emergency call: a major leak in the main line, with water underneath the synthetic grass. We will remove the synthetic grass to access and make the repair, and then reinstall it once the work is complete.

We installed a brand new sprinkler system, leveled the yard, and laid fresh sod to bring this lawn back to life.
