The transformation is complete 🙌

After refinishing, we water-popped the wood to enhance grain and ensure an even stain application. A custom stain mix was then applied to achieve this warm gray-brown tone—modern, clean, and timeless.

We finished it off with a seal coat and two coats of matte finish for durability and that smooth, low-sheen look ✨

We started with 1/4" underlayment for a strong base, then installed engineered prefinished hardwood in a beautiful herringbone pattern. Using a nail-and-glue-down method gives this floor the strength and stability it needs while delivering a high-end finish.

The herringbone layout adds movement, character, and timeless elegance to the entire space.
