This detached garage has a gym in the 3rd car side. Desire from the client was to minimize the noise from heavy bumper weights dropping. We successfully isolated the bumper plate station by decoupling it from rest of the concrete.

In addition to the detached garage, an old shed was updated, and the entire yard was landscaped to include a paver patio, gazebo, and fire pit area.

Just put the finishing touches on this new deck and concrete patio today.

We recently finished up another premium deck project. A moisture barrier, drip edge, Hardie fascia, and led light kit were installed. The custom metal railings are powder coated. I intend for my decks to last 50 years.
