The grass slowed down for a bit, and now it feels like spring time again😳 If you live in Kearney, send me a message for a quote, I’d be happy to earn your business!

Standard residential size yards starting at $40/ week. Price will be higher for the first mow if it’s currently overgrown and needs a little extra help. Must have a minimum of 50” access through gates.

Most yards I’m seeing are similar to this right now with the heat we’ve had. The grass is going/ has gone dormant and the weeds are still alive and well. Instead of charging for a full mow, I’m happy to take care of the ugly stuff in between mows for a much cheaper rate. I don’t do this job to get rich and am not looking to take advantage of people.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! We are now hitting the dry summer period and grass growth has slowed down significantly. To save you money from unnecessary mows, I’ll be switching from weekly to an as needed basis. I will be keeping an eye on everyone’s yards and will only mow if needed.

If you would like for me to continue mowing on a strict weekly basis I would be happy to, just let me know. Have a great day and try to stay cool!

How is Joe’s Mows different from other lawn care businesses?

I don’t overextend myself and oversaturate with accounts. I only take on what I can realistically manage; if I see rain in the forecast, I don’t skip the day and leave you with an out of control yard for several more days. I will mow your yard early if I have to, if that means after 6 days or even 5 since your last mow. (This does not increase the amount you will owe monthly)

I have no problem turning down business if I feel that it will negatively effect my regular client’s schedule.

I try to be flexible to your life events. If you’ve got a celebration coming up, I’m happy to take care of your yard so that it looks best for that day.

If I mow your yard once and it doesn’t look how I’d want my own yard to, I’ll go over it again! In the spring there’s a good possibility I will mow your yard 3 times while I’m there and only charge you for one!

My priority is that you are proud of your yard and that you will never have to wonder when I’ll be back.
