Replaced my first water main last week!💪😎
(First time through MY company)
This old LEAD water line has been waiting since 1908 for me to replace it!
I had a 60 foot trench about 3'-4' deep from the meter, under the sidewalk, around the pine tree and rose bush, then 10 feet along the side of this house🤯
Luckily their concrete paths needed to be replaced anyway or this wouldn't have been possible🙌

I hate having to turn customers over to someone else when it comes to these things. So I'm happy to say, "I can do water mains too!🕺" and at a fair price! Let's get all that steel & lead out of the ground and upgrade to some nice 1" CTS, huh 😎

AC down and don't know what to look for? Here's a quick tip:

-1- Turn your ac off and check your air filter.
-2- If the air filter is fairly dirty, change it and then turn the fan on only, for about 1-2 hours.
- 3 - If the frost is now visibly gone, turn the AC back on.
*If the frost comes back again, turn it off for even longer, then try again.
If it keeps freezing up, you likely have something blocking the vents or the system is low on refrigerant and probably needs a professional*

When I mention boilers and radiant systems, some people are shocked that boilers are still in play?
When in actuality, heated floors and radiant systems can be one of the most efficient ways to heat your home! And the new boilers that I install, typically carry a better warranty and lifespan than a forced air system!
So if you're remodeling a floor or you're building your "dream house", consider heated floors as a fantastic option & open your world to a very efficient & luxurious way to stay warm during the season😎
I can also do heated driveways and walkways (snowmelt) with a boiler system, if you're pouring new concrete and tired of all that shoveling👍

Got another beautiful install wrapped up today💪😁
This Navien Combination boiler will heat my customers entire home with epic efficiency & automatically switch over to being a tankless water heater the second a hot water tap opens up!
Was able to free up a whole other closet where the water heater used to live😎

Replaced this ol' Luxaire draft hooded furnace with A shiny new Lennox 96% efficient furnace! Then added a Rheem central AC unit so they can ditch the ol' swamp cooler. Also ran all new thermostat wire to accommodate for their new nest smart-stat, which they can control wherever they are in the world! (as long as they have signal)!
The cherry on top? The rebate they can get from Dominion for the high efficiency furnace will help offset some of the install cost!

There's literally no furnace or AC system too old & no technology too new. If you've been thinking about replacing that old beast in the basement, give me a shout and I can help you understand what to expect & even schedule you for a free estimate!
