We are currently in search of a motivated individual specializing in lawn care and property maintenance.

Position details:

- Managing a lawn care and property maintenance crew
- Interacting with customers while on jobsites
- Providing quality work and great customer service
- Maintaining equipment and safe workplace
- Hands on work including mowing, w**d whacking, trimming, edging, mulching, w**ding, property cleanup and maintenance

Job requirements:

- Minimal 3 years lawn care / property maintenance experience
- Valid and clean PA driver's license with medical card
- Experience driving truck and trailer
- Ability to safely operate landscaping and lawn mowing equipment
- Ability to manage 1 or more crew members
- Ability to adapt to changing jobsites and workloads
- Self-motivated
- Timely and reliable
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Communication Skills

We had a blast putting together this project, however the photographer did a very poor job at documenting before, during, and final completion of this project. There were many steps and hurdles but we were able to overcome and execute to create a beautiful landscape around this new pool.

This new horse water system proved to do its job with the brutal winter we had. In the fall we removed the old system that was prone to freezing and overflowing and installed a new post style water system that didn't freeze or overflow all winter. This system allowed the horses to have 24/7 access to fresh water and the owners to not worry about frozen water or busted pipes.

Mud season is upon us in Pennsylvania! This driveway got an overhaul this week! Fresh grading, crushed concrete base, and screened millings for top coat got this driveway back in operation. This driveway can once again be used without getting stuck in the mud, and will be much easier to maintain for years to come

As of 6AM this morning one of the meteorologists we follow updated snow totals to anywhere between 8" - 18" in our service area. We are hovering right in between the 8"-12" and 12"-18". We will be monitoring the storm this morning and are well prepared to clean up whatever amount is thrown at us.

For our contracted customers:
We will be servicing commercial properties throughout the storm and will be sure to have all of our contracted residential driveways cleared tomorrow Monday 2/23 once the snow subsides. We will be plowing throughout the night so, if the roads are travelable, you may see us swing through and open up your driveway in order to battle the predicted snow total amount.

This snow is expected to be wet and heavy which means it will be much harder to move, resulting in more wear and tear on equipment and on the people working to remove the snow. Be patient, courteous, and stay safe everyone!
