The Spence build is in the “everything’s happening at once” stage and we are HERE for it! 🎨🏡 Paint is underway, the screen porch ceiling is going in, we’re wrapping up the exterior, and cabinets are rolling in next week. It’s crazy how fast this one is coming together now… before you know it we’ll be buttoning this one up and handing over the keys! 🔑🙌

Last week we officially got the permit for the 3rd and final build on the same compound as the Ray & Spence builds! 🏡🔨 This one is unlike our other builds, this is a shop house! 😍 Little house, A LOT of shop 😎
