At our first yard together for the last service for this amazing customer as they have sold the property. Sam is our new “supervisor” at King Outdoor Solutions. He is a 18 month old German Shepherd lab mix(so I’m told but I think he is full GSD)

With the help from Mulch It Land Clearing LLC we were able to get the property whipped back into shape for the customer who is beyond thrilled and grateful. They can’t believe the transition. I got a call from a local family I knew from growing up who moved out of the state years ago. They had hired an out of town mowing company to maintain their 3 acre property outside of Kenton. The back section of the property he refused to mow stating he wanted to make it a “wild grass field”. After weeks of trying to get him to come out to mow they found King Outdoor Solutions online and hired us to restore the property to correct height. Over the weekend thru the rain, heat and issues we restored the front 2.2 acres to proper height. We are getting helped by another local company Mulch It Land Clearing LLC to tackle the “wild grass field” in the back of the property to take place in the upcoming weeks. After which we will mow the other section again and the realtor will come out and take photos for Zillow to post the property for sale. This family was at their last wits and found someone who actually cares to come take care of the property. They trusted King Outdoor Solutions to turn their yard back to its glory. Thank you again for the business!

We got decals on the trailer! Note I’m not a professional decaller at all!! When I upgrade to a bigger trailer definitely going to wrap it or at the least of it done professionally! Something is better than nothing. Someone has already pointed out it’s crooked so at least it’s getting people’s attention 😂
