Creeping thyme, creeping Jenny too!
Groundcovers might not always be the star of the show… but they’re often what make a landscape feel complete.
They soften edges, fill in bare spaces, help suppress weeds, and bring everything together in a natural, finished way.
Here are 6 of our favorites that we LOVE using:
🌿Blue Star Creeper
Low growing with tiny blue flowers. Perfect between stepping stones and for that soft, storybook look.
🌿Brass Buttons
Fun, textured foliage with little yellow blooms. Great for adding character in small spaces!
🌿Sweet Woodruff
A shade-loving groundcover with delicate white flowers. Ideal for those tougher areas under trees.
🌿Irish Moss
A bright green, cushion-like groundcover that forms a soft, dense carpet. Great between pavers or in small spaces where you want a lush, manicured look. In spring, it pops with tiny white flowers that add just the right touch of detail.
🌿Woolly Thyme
Soft, drought tolerant, and smells amazing when walked on. One of our go-to choices for sunny pathways.
🌿Ajuga
Bold color, fast spreading, and great for covering larger areas. Adds both texture and seasonal blooms.
Groundcovers are one of the best ways to take a landscape from “nice” to something that really feels finished!
