I’m a licensed contractor working on a residential remodel in Lake Havasu City and need:

Load-bearing wall evaluation
Beam sizing / load calculations
Stamped plans or letter for permitting

🔧 Clogged Toilet → Full Floor Repair (Before & After)

This one started as a clogged toilet call.

After getting it cleared, we found underlying water damage that had caused the subfloor to rot.

Instead of just stopping at the clog, we went ahead and fixed the problem the right way:

✔️ Cleared the clog
✔️ Removed damaged/rotted subfloor
✔️ Repaired and reinforced framing
✔️ Installed new toilet fl**ge
✔️ Installed new vinyl flooring

Now everything is solid, sealed, and built to last.

Baseboards will be installed after wall repairs are completed to ensure a clean final finish.

This is a good example of how a “simple clog” can turn into a bigger issue if it’s been leaking over time.

Not every kitchen issue requires a full remodel.

We recently removed a failing lazy Susan and rebuilt the cabinet interior to make the space fully usable again — without replacing the cabinets.

This project included three separate pre-hung door installs:

• One mobile-home door converted to a standard residential door
• Two standard door replacements with new trim installed

All doors are set plumb, secured, and operating smooth.
