Our Spain Home and pool-area Renovation Project has been completed! 😅🥳🤩Stay tuned for more photos to come in September when we will be on site, including furnished interior shots. Landscaping will be handled as a second phase in spring.

We are thrilled about success in managing this extensive project mostly remotely from California. The construction team was a local Spanish team, and they did a fantastic job.

Ferrari just unveiled their first EV. It was designed by former Apple designer Joni Ive and Marc Newsom. It looks a bit too "Apple Design" to us and disappointing for this car label. Clearly a big departure from Italian Design excellence. This is a $640K car with over 1,000 hp. What do you think of this new Ferrari?
