As many of you have experienced, we strive to keep our customers happy from start to finish. A post has recently been made with false claims about our business that we feel the need to address.

During a recent septic install job the local health department made a design change which increased the material cost for the job. We spoke to the homeowner about those changes and received approval to continue, as well as an additional check to cover the additional material.

The job was started on Thursday, and left unfinished throughout the weekend. It rained, so the hole filled with water. That’s part of the normal process and we were on our way to pump it and finish the job.

We attempted to cash the check this morning and it had been cancelled. The homeowner threatened our lives, and refused to let us come back to pick up our equipment.

The homeowner did not get ripped off and any leftover money beyond the current cost of material will be returned as well as an itemized list with receipts.
