Over the years, Texoma Lock & Security Group, LLC has had many service call cancellations for varying reasons.
In the last year, and more so the last few months, including this morning, we have people calling for ER lockouts on cars and businesses and at the last minute, even when we are pulling up to the job, cancel. Often we have driven 30-45 minutes to a job site.
Sometimes the customer will say they have no money, or because they called 2 or 3 people to come out and would pay the first one. Some have even broken windows to get in and were gone from the site when we arrived. Some cancel without a reason. That costs us fuel, wear and tear on our service vans, and labor costs.
Due to this, moving forward, the policy of is that the customer will make payment up front for any emergency dispatch calls for lockouts or lost car keys. We are unable to absorb these unnecessary cost any longer. We accept most credit cards, Venmo & CashApp.
We are thankful for our thousands of customers and we appreciate your understanding of this necessary policy change.
