Another big project completed in Baileyton, TN. 🔥

This one included a full property transformation from the ground up:
✔️ New driveway installation
✔️ House seat prep
✔️ Complete septic installation
✔️ Drainage solutions & water management
✔️ Final grading for a clean, mowable finish

During construction we ran into a natural spring crossing the driveway area, so we installed additional drainage to keep water from standing and protect the driveway long term. We also had to cross a natural waterway so we put in a tile drain per TDEC requirements to ensure everything was done the right way from the start.

To give this build lasting durability, we installed fabric beneath the driveway stone for added stabilization and longevity then finished the embankments into smooth, maintainable grades that will look great for years to come.

Now the site is ready for Summertown Metals to come in and build what’s going to be a beautiful barndominium. 🏡

Qualified 6th in a stacked field and battled for the podium all race long. Got forced into the infield on the final lap—and STILL brought home a strong Top 5.

I-75 Speedway
Rolled in late, started dead last… and charged through the field to finish 8th after starting 15th in just 15 laps.
