We’ve been doing quite a few panel upgrades recently. I’m glad to see clients realizing the concern for newer technology that comes with modern arc fault/GFCI breakers.

These 20 year old panels are becoming fire hazards and we see more and more Federal pacific panels/ Bryant not tripping like they were designed to do.

The custom in Maryville is coming along nicely. Ditch was dug, PVC pipe and triplex installed. All ready for a service release. Thankful for all the hard work from the people to make it happen!

Our contractor gave us a call and asked if we could fix where the ground had settled and pulled the 2" pvc down from the bottom of the panel.

At first glance this job seems to be a relatively easy fix, but the more we got into it the more we realized that this service was a loaded and cocked gun. One of the main conductors got cut and energized the entire meter base. One wrong move, one wrong hand placement, reality sets in.... We pray and thank god NO ONE touch this meter base, and for proper education to be able to tackle this job.

From poor craftsmenship to uncontrollable Mother Nature this service was on the sketchery side.
