Our Story

Talamore Property Group was founded by Dave Faber and his wife Lorien in 2014 in Knoxville, TN. Our first 4 years were focused on purchasing and flipping homes. By 2018, we began receiving inquiries for renovation projects for others and began bidding these projects in addition to flipping. The client feedback was amazingly positive, just like us! :)

In 2019, we brought on a Project & Design Manager, Jen Holdsworth, to assist our growing customer base with design ideas. Our design service is free of charge and can be utilized as much or as little as needed. We can help with product selection, quality research, price comparison, color palettes, design aesthetic, layout, or general advice.

Dave’s construction background began with landscape & hardscape design and installation. Those grew into a successful business and then a hobby & a passion for building anything and everything. From remodeling his own home or building a horse barn to meticulously tiling a walk in shower, no project is too big or too small.

Jen’s background was born out of necessity when she purchased her first home, a 70-year old bungalow, back in 2005. Home improvement soon became a passion as well as a career. She was already employed at Home Depot working in all departments including installed sales, coordinating projects for store customers with labor and materials provided by Home Depot. After 16 years there, she took her skills to Lowe’s where she helped roll out and manage their in-home kitchen and bath remodel program, working closely with the in-store designer. Enjoying the process and challenges immensely, she moved to Knoxville in late 2018 to join Talamore Property Group and work with her bro-in-law, Dave.
