Lots of time went into this lot. It was overtaken with kudzu and pines. Once that was outta the way I had to move the slope back 25 ft and reshape it. Added a small swale at the bottom to catch water run off and divert it away from the soon to be house. Driveway with a culvert was the finishing touch.
