Residence Inn - Trussville, AL

Making great progress on our Residence Inn project with J9 Builders!

Footings are complete, CMU foundations are complete, and the CMU elevator shaft is approximately 75% finished - currently standing 40’ tall and climbing to its final height of 56’.

Next up, we’ll begin preparing for the slab-on-grade.

Our scope includes the footings, CMU foundations, elevator walls, and slab-on-grade. It’s been exciting watching this one come out of the ground!

Western Heights Phase IV - Knoxville, TN

Still rocking and rolling over here in Northwest Knoxville.

3 Bottom Slabs done, 3 Tops to go and 1 monster of an Amenity building to go: spoiler, over 200’ of 16” thick x 18’ high walls in that one.

Western Heights Phase IV - Knoxville, TN

Excited to kick off our 2nd project with J.A. Fielden Co., Inc. tackling 4 monster split wall foundation apartment buildings!

3 buildings footers poured so far and 1 beautiful wall I must say! Battling Mother Nature and her rain has been a challenge but we are persevering.

4 Buildings with over 30,000 SF of SOG and over 12,000 SF of 12’+ Walls.

Scarboro Redevelopment – Oak Ridge, TN

Proud to be working with general contractor J.A. Fielden Co., Inc. to bring this 4 building multifamily community to life.

Building 1 of 4 - 10,000 SF / 42,000 SF total.
Formed and reinforced - slab pour up next.

Scope of work includes continuous footings poured separately, edge forms installed, 4” of #57 stone, 10 mil v***r barrier, 6 tons of reinforcing steel, 6x6 W1.4 WWF, and a 4” 4000 PSI slab-on-grade placement.
