Big news! 🎉

For years, you've trusted us with your heating and cooling needs. Now, we're proud to announce the addition of plumbing to our family of services.

Leading this exciting new department is David Bright, our new Plumbing Service Department Manager. David's knowledge, leadership, and dedication to customer satisfaction make him the perfect person to help launch this new chapter. Same great service, with expanded expertise to keep your homes and businesses comfortable and running smoothly year-round.

David has been a Master Plumber in 2 states and owned his own plumbing business in Colorado for 8 years before relocating to Texas. He grew up in the plumbing industry and with over 30 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to HMS so we can better serve you.

When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and watching his kids play sports. He enjoys a good BBQ and get togethers with friends. He likes football and he is a Broncos fan for life (but we won’t hold that against him)! 😂 He also collects game used sports memorabilia.

From the first phone call with Michelle to schedule the visit from the technician, Andrew, everyone I dealt with was polite, responsive, and very easy to work with. They were able to schedule me for same‑day service, which I really appreciated.

Andrew actually arrived about two hours earlier than expected and called ahead first to make sure that worked for me. He was professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to really listen as I explained what had been going on with the system.

Once he started working, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He carefully checked every possible cause of the issue instead of just guessing or swapping parts. He walked me through what he was testing, what he found, and why certain parts needed to be replaced, all in clear, easy‑to‑understand terms. He left to go get parts that were needed and returned same day without additional charges.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t stop at just fixing the problem. He contacted his manager and advocated on my behalf to fight for warranty coverage that the manufacturer (Lennox) was trying not to honor. Having a company actually stand up for the customer like that is rare and it made a huge difference.

Thanks to HMS, my system is up and running again, and I feel very confident in the work that was done. Their honesty, great communication, and willingness to go the extra mile have absolutely earned my trust.
