After 36 sizzling years in the beef biz, Mrs. Colleen Loucks is hanging up her hook, knife, pen, paper, scale, and every single gadget she’s ever juggled on the production floor. Starting her meat-tastic journey in Nampa back in '86, Colleen has been a beacon of inspiration, teaching folks from all walks of life. Thanks to her sage wisdom and top-notch training, we trust the new crew will steer the beef ship smoothly. Colleen, while CS Beef will miss your fabulous presence, we wish you a retirement filled with joy and adventure. Now, go and embrace the retired life with gusto!
