WE'RE HIRING.
Aim High runs landscape, fiber, and snow crews across the Treasure Valley year-round — Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Garden City. We're always taking on hard workers. Real pay, real skills, no drama.
Here's the deal:
- $18–$23/hr DOE
- Valid driver's license required (clean record preferred — you'll be running our trucks)
- No experience? No problem. We train.
- Cross-trained across mowing, landscaping, snow removal, AND fiber optic trenching — you walk away with more skills than just lawn work
- Year-round work is the goal — our fiber contracts help us avoid the typical "see you in spring" winter layoffs
- Long days and the occasional weekend during busy season
What we want:

What we care less about:
❌ Your resume
❌ Whether you've ever held a trimmer before
