Finally have a moment to make a 22” x 15” cutting board for ourselves. All these years making them for others and never for ourself. Thanks to this awesome sander and workbench with clamps, the sanding will be easier on me. I still have to put in a juice groove, some inset handles and some feet.

Always so soothing and relaxing to use hand tools. These German hand planes are my favorite ones to use. They were gifted to me from my late sister and her husband a few years ago. They bring back wonderful memories when I use them to flatten this Sycamore workbench top.
