I dug a hole! And filled it with concrete. This hole was dug 48” deep and 16” wide and became there footing for a Gorilla basketball hoop! This amazing homeowner is a life long basketball enthusiast and shares that love with his community. Now kids and Shaq can use this hoop without worry!

I built this false wall for a wonderful and thoughtful mother that understands how important privacy is to her children. This wall created that privacy for her child and completed that step of the bedroom! I can’t wait to see it when it is painted!

Now this was fun! I had to opportunity to install this unique and beautiful backsplash in lovely home. It turn out amazing!

A wonderful couple were looking to put their house on the market. They wanted a few things done to give the house a bit more curb appeal and updated interior.

I removed and installed two stormdoors along with removing the awning above one and painting the frame.

A handrail had been ripped from the wall. I repaired the drywall and installed dowels and anchors so the screws holding the handrail to the wall had something to screw into.

A toilet constant leaked water into the tank and refilled. I replaced the flapper and fill valve.

Caulking around the bathtub did not exist and the grout was starting to wear out and crack. I cleaned the area and caulked around the bathtub.

The owners did not like the twin spot lights installed in the ceiling of the bathroom and thought a bit of an update would help. I removed the old lights and install two hanging fixtures to take up some unused space between the mirror and ceiling.

The two second floor bedroom windows had seen better days. I replaced the damaged and ripped screens, painted and cleaned the window frames.

The bathroom door did not have trim around it. I install the trim and cut the baseboards to fit the new trim.

A previous contractor removed a two-way hinged door to the laundry room and could not figure out how to install it back on. I put it back on.

Thank you to the home owners for their time, patience, and the opportunity they gave me. I enjoyed working on this project. They were able to sell the house shortly after all the work was done. Congratulations!

Replaced one section of damaged downspout and a downspout elbow.

This new home owner with a gorgeous house noticed their fence had a bit of lean and wobble to it. Two of the fence post had completely rotted out and needed to be replaced.

I dug out the footings and removed all concrete and wooden debris. Then, I dug holes 48” deep and 9” wide to prevent frost heaving and ensure the integrity of the footings. I placed and leveled the 4x4 10ft pressure treated post in the holes using a string line and a post level. Once the post were level I added fast setting concrete up to 4” below the surface. The concrete set and I reattached the fence.

Thank you to the home owner this opportunity and treating with such kindness. I look forward to doing more work like this in the future.

I had the opportunity to install this ceiling fan in a lovely home with a cathedral ceiling. I removed the chandelier and changed the junction box with one that was rated for ceiling fans. After that, I installed the new ceiling fan and helped bring a cool breeze into a beautiful home.

Cleaned gutters inside and out, then installed stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guards for a wonderful client. These gutters guards will keep debris out and peace of mind in.

Luxury Vinyl Floor installation
