Worked with ShareWood Forest Lumber Co (if you're not following them, you should) to get SEVEN of these big, beautiful, thick, eight foot long, blue pine slabs sanded. Rushed them through to help his customer.

It's been quite awhile since I've posted anything. Life has been pretty busy.

But I'd like to say Thank you, to Grand Ronde Hospital Foundation, for choosing me to fabricate their plaques for the second year in a row. It really means a lot, to know they are supporting local. The small piece of wood on the front has an angled kerf to create a place to showcase a challenge coin. These plaques were crafted here in La Grande with Beech wood and a flat lacquer finish.

Here's a box I really enjoyed building for the holidays. The box is dovetailed Red Oak, with a Beech bottom. The top is Sapele with a Maple trim. Finally, the entire thing has a couple coats of our wood butter to protect it.
The dimensions are 14"l x 11"w x 8"h

✨ We're pretty excited about these new serving trays and cutting boards! These are made of different species of wood 🪵, that have been reclaimed from a local manufacturer, that were destined to end up at the landfill.

Due to the nature of the material, sizes and thickness vary, to reclaim as much of the wood as possible.

We have a few more boards to finish burning, and a few more to build. Below are boards made from Beech and Alder. Have some Walnut, Birch, Sapele, Maple boards I'm working to build. If you're interested in a custom board, made locally in NE Oregon, please reach out! Custom hand burned designs are available.

Pretty proud of this. The La Grande Christmas Tree was put up yesterday, and on top, is the star ⭐ I made. Felt like a pretty big honor! Check it out downtown and let me know what you think.
