This week, we passed a milestone that I would have thought was impossible when I started Backup Plumbing eight years ago.
We hit 1000 reviews on Google, without losing our five star average. In fact, we’ve maintained a five star average across all of our review platforms- Facebook, Yelp, you name it: Over 2000 reviews in total. None bought, none fake, all earned.
There are larger outfits in the state that have far more reviews and a solid average. There are smaller outfits that have maintained a five star average but have few reviews. There are exactly zero plumbing companies in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with over 1000 Google reviews and a five star average- until now.
From the day I started running calls for Backup Plumbing, there have been customers who blessed us and helped us with these reviews not only because we earned them, but because they wanted me to succeed.
If you’re one of those friends, I am genuinely humbled and deeply appreciative of your support over the years. We quite literally could not have grown to this point without you, and I am forever grateful for that. Our entire team has contributed to this outcome, and they are proud of our reputation and what we represent.
Here’s to the next thousand.
